Bearings are parts of
amusement rides. After installation, these bearings also need to be checked. So how do we check them?
1. Check if operational parts get bumps with set parts, lubrication oil flows into the bearings, and sealing device is correctly connected with axis fastening device.
2. check if the bearings close adjoin the axle. If the bearings is equipped in the box as interference fit, check if the outer ring of the bearings is correctly fit close to the bar end face. When you install thrusting bearings, check if the collar that spins with the axis is correctly installed.
3. Before operational text, you should rotate the installed bearings by hand. Take the example of single-row radial ball bearing: it demands to operate smooth and flexible, without vibration and swinging. This checking method is reliable, because even the radical clearance is o0.01mm, you can still feel the axial movement on the front end of bearings.
